This Refund Policy explains how Xunrovarphep handles returns and refunds for Pentavitalor orders placed by consumers in the United Kingdom, alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cooling-off period
For distance contracts you generally have fourteen days to cancel, starting the day after you receive the goods, unless an exception applies. You must inform us clearly via the email below before the period expires.
Hygiene and sealed goods
Food supplements are sealed for safety. If the seal is broken after delivery, the right to cancel may be lost unless the product is faulty or not as described. Unopened items in resaleable condition may qualify for refund within fourteen days of delivery.
Faulty goods
If an item arrives damaged, contaminated, or not as described, contact us promptly with photographs and your order reference. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate under consumer law.
Process and timelines
